It is nice to see that someone else cares
about all the crap that is going on in our city.
Sometimes I think people don't care unless it
directly involves them it's only then that they
have to do something! The people in this city
make me sick sometimes  Good Luck!
Your doing a good thing don't let anyone shot
you down!
Mike

Lets get this straight. I am not afraid of
anything. I believe in racial harmony and
feel this website will make individuals see
the path we should take in life. Better
times, better life add up to a better future.
You decide!
Dre

Wow, finially someone who cares...about 2
years ago I was the victim of what police
called a "Strong Armed" robbery.  Thugs
approched me and stole my cell phone.  This
was in broad daylight near a bus stop with AT
LEAST 5 people standing there. Not one
person said a word and NONE of them
picked up their cell phone to call the police.
After the struggle was over, I confronted a
lady who was on her cell phone.  I asked her
if she called the cops and she told me no
because she was "afraid that they would
come after (her) next". That REALLY pissed
me off!  Needless to say, I filed a report and
the wanna be thugs were never caught...even
WITH at least 5 witnesses!  Thanks for let'n
me vent, this campaign is for a good cause.  I
wish you guys luck on spreading the word
and I'll help as well!  God Bless!

Signed,

"Cherrie  J."

We at rap are in support of you and your mission
keep up the good work..

This site is a definite inspiration to those
who hold their homes and family as a
positive.  I will have a lot more to say when
I'm feeling better, but I just could not let his
opportunity to express my delight to have
someone finally speak up about our
responsibility to preserve that which we've
been taught.
Cliff Millburn

Someday everyone will understand that we
are all one family. We all rise or fall together.

Nobody likes a snitch?  We ALL need to
become snitches until violence is in the past
and we are truly the "City of Brotherly Love."
Good job, Jeff. Thank You.

 Will Norris

We need this massage to spread.  A
shooting happened on Monday **** car got
shot up, the person who was being shot at
said I'm not snitching on who was shooting
at me!

Left by a Police Officer in 14th

Great idea J.t. let's get people to stand up and
speak-up for what is right and bond together .

I live in a small town called Lebanon.
The cops are part of the problem when it
comes to crime they get mad when you
tell on someone. I saw a crime, told the
cops, they told them I called on the
wrong doing. Call the cops they might
not show up..Sad story.I moved here
because I was beaten very badly once
by some thugs

Thanks             Mad Black man

Dear Mad Black man,
The media may love to hear of this
story in your area. Sometimes the only
way to get things to work you have to
pull the curtain on the entire show, and
if you fail the first time try,try again,
AND DON'T STOP TRYING!  Have you
tried go to your state reps. office? Is
there anyone you can trust? That you
can talk to?

I live on of bridge st in Philadelphia ,pa
there are a group of people that recently
moved in on my block and I believe they
are selling cocaine out  of the house.
They drive nice cars I never see any of
them work. Also yesterday  I pulled up
and I seen a young man that lives there
handing a well known crack head
something in a clear bag and the man
gave him money in return when hey seen
me pulling up they froze. So i know
something is going on in that house and
there is also a house across the street
down the block a little further that I'm
positive they are selling heroin out of. I'm
willing to help clean these streets up I'm
young and I have two kids and I don't
want them to grow up around all this
drama. I'm willing to show you guys and
help out.

Thanks

Dear  Anonymous, did you know that
you can file a Police report
anonymously
from the police
departments web site as many times
as you want. Have you tried talking to
the community police office for your
area? You are welcome to just walk
right on in ask for he or she. Did you try
asking for any help from your State
reps office?

I see the way someone people talk all slang
and then you see there young children talk
like that and it makes me really sad. Why
would you bring your child up talking like that
when all you look like is a person that has no
self respect. I think people need to start
realizing how they live there life and how bad
it is. People need to stop hating on everyone.
it's really sad how bad Philadelphia is. I am a
mother and I don't want my son going to
philly schools and I lived here for 22 years.

Jessica

Dear Jessica,

Your not alone in feeling this pain the only
thing you can do is keep setting the
examples. Keep up the good work we can
use more people like you out there!

Thank you for your efforts. "Don't be a Snitch"
has to be the most insidious and
self-destructive thing I've seen in a long,
long time! Keep up the good work.

I Just read about your efforts on philly.com

Best of luck to you- it's great what you're doing!

CD

Keep up the good work and congrats on the
added exposure to your cause.

appreciate the work you are doing and the
message you are putting out there.  Good
Luck and please keep up the great work.

If we could all take the "don't let me see you
do it" attitude, the good citizens vs. the
criminal would no longer be an issue. The
good citizen would finally become the
majority! The criminal would less likely
commit the blatent violations of the law
because they know that we will not be afraid
to testify. I blame a lot of this on the "system".
The citizens can snitch, the police can arrest
but then what? Getting the criminal to actually
serve any type of penalty without the City of
Philadelphia giving them second, third and
fourth chances is getting close to
impossible. Not to mention the 25 times the
good citizens has to go back and forth to
court to testify to the same thing over and
over again and for the sensitive, forgiving
judge to drop charges left and right. If you ask
me, we need to stand up and tell and the
"system" need to put its foot down so that we
can see a difference and finally enjoy peace,
liberty and justice for all!

How do you make the world a better place?
One day at a time my son.
But the world is a big place, where do I
begin?
With that part of the world you inhabit.
Brother Jeff Templeton has taken a brave
and noble step towards changing the world,
for the better. Well done Jeff, I would like to
help and support you in this worthy endeavor.
Someone once said "Our children are the
messages we send into an uncertain future,
it is our duty to send the best message
possible. A message of strength. Strength
found in the belief of right and wrong. A
message of love. Love for all without
expectation of return. A message of hope.
Hope born in the knowledge that we are
God's children. Heirs to greatness. A humble
greatness that is reserved for those who
seek freedom for all, for those who know that
too often the price of freedom is very high.
Only the free truly know life.

A PRAYER OF THE AMERICAN INDIAN

Oh Great Spirit

Let Your voice whisper righteousness in our
ear through the West Wind in the late of day.

Let us be comforted with love for our brothers
and sisters with no war.

Let us hold good health mentally and
physically to solve our problems and
accomplish something for future generations
of life.

Let us be sincere to ourselves and our youth
and make the world a better place to live.

Lloyd Carl Owle

I'M TIRED OF ALL THE DRUGS THAT ARE
COMING IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE ON
N. HOPE STREET.  ITS A SHAME THAT we
CALLED THE NUISANCE LINE HERE IN
THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA AND GOT NO
RESPONSE TO THE ONGOING CRIME THAT
IS BEING COMMITTED AT THE LOCATION.
IT'S CRAZY THAT MR. MELENDEZ (OWNER
OF SAID PROPERTY) IS KILLING OUR
COMMUNITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD WITH
THE SALE OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS FROM
THE PRIVACY OF HIS OWN HOME, NOT TO
MENTION THEY'RE 3 KIDS LIVING IN THAT
HOUSE, AND TO TOP IT OFF THIS GUY IS
ON PAROLE DOING THESE TERRIBLE
ACTS. AT ANY GIVEN TIME YOU MAY FIND
100-200 GRAMS OF HEROINE IN THAT
HOUSE.

I love your T-shirts, as I always "tell". I'd love
to buy one, but just what does infinite equality
mean?  My son, who is who is 20, and his
friends have been jumped too many times.
Some requiring hospital care, not to mention
the personal belongings that have been
stolen from them. He seems to think that you
handle it on the streets. I'm too old for that so
I call and give a heads up to the town watch
and/or police. Tonight I was letting out my
puppy at 2:00 am and it was like watching a
choreographed show. Quite amazing. I'm
sure that I screwed up their intentions as I
have a mature dog as well, and a cell phone
that I used.  Yep, I gave a heads up to the
police that they should be rolling around my
neighborhood. Of course my son stated that
they wouldn't be coming, as they are
responding to more important issues.
Perhaps, but at least I was outside and not
afraid. This happened tonight, which is why I
went on your sight. Once again, what does
infinite equality mean?
